Staff Ticket System

Hudson Area Schools is adopting a “ticketing” system for you to request technology and maintenance support. This is to be used for any repair or problem that you are having with any of the technology, equipment or facilities that you use in the district. We hope that it will be a convenient way to make your request, to track progress on your request, and for us to gather data on the needs of the district.  
Note - this can only be done within the district while on the school network.
Enter your school email address and password (the same password you use on your computer), and follow the directions for making your request to the Technology or Maintenance department. If your computer is not working you can use another computer or you can call extension 500 for Technology and 249 for Maintenance. If you do have to call in a request, you will still need to go to the site to enter the ticket as soon as possible. Every employee has access to the ticketing system and each employee is responsible for entering their own request. For more detailed instructions, click on the file at the bottom of this page.
