2024-2025 Kindergarten Registration and Assessments
Welcome to ‘Little Tiger Kindergarten Round-Up’ at Lincoln Elementary! This page will provide you with everything you need to know about registering your child for Kindergarten or Young 5s Program. Kindergarten registration is a 3-step process:

Your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2024.
(Or 5 years old on or before December 1, 2024 with a signed waiver from the principal)
Lenawee County Health Department will be here to test vision and hearing. If you need to contact the Lenawee County Health Dept. they can be reached at 517-264-5226, opt. 2
- Schedule an appointment online at SignUpGenius
- Complete Online Registration and Google Forms. You will receive an email from Lincoln office with links to the documents that need completed.
- Submit required documentation to the elementary office prior to your appointment.
- Certified Birth Certificate (present original or a copy)
- Proof of Residency (utility bill, rental or purchase agreement)
- Immunization Record

Kindergarten Readiness Assessments
All incoming students to Hudson Schools will need to be assessed prior to enrollment. Assessments will take place at your appointment that you schedule on SignUpGenius. If you have any other questions please contact Angela Combs at the Lincoln Elementary office (517-448-8912 Ext:242) between the hours of 7:30 - 3:00 pm, or you can email her at acombs@hudson.k12.mi.us.
