NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION
In accordance with Section 3a of Michigan’s Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.263a, The Hudson Board of Education will hold an in person and electronic meeting.
The Board is meeting electronically because a statewide or local state of emergency or state disaster has been declared pursuant to law or charter by the governor of a local official or local governing body for 771 N. Maple Grove Ave., Hudson, MI and the Board of Education believes that the personal health or safety of members of the public or the Board would be at risk if the meeting were held in person. Members of the public may participate in the in person and electronic meeting of the Board in person or by visiting the school website. Under the Board of Education tab, there is a link to click on to enter the meeting along with the meeting identification number and passcode. Members of the public may contact any member of the Board of Education to provide input or ask questions on any business that will come before the Board during the electronic meeting. Board members may be contacted by email using the addresses listed below. The meeting agenda and the notice of absence of a member of the Board from the meeting will be posted on the school website at least 2 hours prior to the start of the in person and electronic meeting.
NOTICE OF ABSENCE OF A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION FROM A MEETING
In accordance with section 3 of Michigan’s Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.263(2), the following members of the Board of Education may be physically absent from a meeting of the Board of Education.
