Dear Parents, CEP (Community Eligibility Provision) is a school meal funding option of the National School Lunch Act that enables schools to provide free meals to all students. Just like textbooks and desks, under CEP, school meals are available to all students at no cost to them. CEP has been shown to increase participation in school meals and supports a whole-child approach to learning. Please read this letter to all households of students in our district.
In order for CEP to determine funding for our district, we are asking parents to fill out these 2 forms: Education Benefits Form 2023-2024 and CEP-Sharing Information with Other Programs .
